Don’t want a personal trainer? Great, the Apex machine is patented to deliver just as an efficient workout as the Pinnacle. This work-out is self-driven and pre-programmed to meet your specific needs. We do suggest you begin with the Pinnacle for a few sessions to ensure your form and technique are correct, but it is not mandatory.
